Friendship is a feeling of love and affection of one person for another. This feeling of love must be reciprocated. Otherwise friendship cannot be possible.
Friendship does not exist where tastes, feelings and sentiments are not similar.
It is said that a friend in need is a friend in deed. We can examine the sincerity of a friend during our time of hardship and trouble.
Only a sincere and faithful friend remains with us at the time of our trouble. All others leave us. It is very painful when our friends turn traitors.
It is very difficult to find a true friend today.
Good friends exercise good influence. They always help their friends, in distress and inspire them to walk on the right path.
Amaze your true friend with a unique DIY gift on Best Friends Day. Prepare a pretty Friends’ Keepsake Box, and place in it

The vocal ability of birds has inspired poets and musicians, from Chaucer to Wordsworth, from Handel to Respighi.
Birdsong can be a natural phenomenon of intense beauty. But our enjoyment is incidental to the main purpose, which is one bird communicating with others.
Birds became the world’s master musicians in order to convey to potential mates, rivals and predators all the important things they have to say, from “Clear off!” to “Come on!”
And their songs have been shaped by their environment, just as the rap musician of New York delivers a different “tune” to the yodeller in the Swiss mountains.
Make a pretty Birdhouse Box. It could be a nice surprise gift for wife, sister, mom, best friend for any type of gift-giving occasion like birthday, Christmas or Valentine’s Day.
You can purchase the PDF step-by-step photo tutorial to guide you along the way to make this beautiful birdhouse from here:

April Fools’ Day is celebrated in different countries around the world on April 1 every year.
Sometimes referred to as All Fools’ Day, April 1 is not a national holiday, but is widely recognized and celebrated as a day when many people play all kinds of jokes and foolishness.
The day is marked by the commission of good-humoured or otherwise funny jokes, hoaxes, and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, family members, teachers, neighbors, work associates, etc.
It’s the perfect occasion to make a funny Clown Gift Box.

Overwhelmingly, cultural myth and lore honor the butterfly as a symbol of transformation because of its impressive process of metamorphosis.
From egg, to larvae (caterpillar), to pupa (the chrysalis or cocoon) and from the cocoon the butterfly emerges in her unfurling glory.
What a massive amount of transition this tiny creature undergoes. Consider for a moment the kind of energy this expends. I daresay if a human were to go through this kind of change we’d freak out!
Well, I suggest you make a Fancy Butterfly Bag instead. It’s not difficult at all, just follow Martha Stewart’s instructions here:

The receiver should read only one of these pretty cards a day.

Did you know that…
The owl is a symbol meaning vigilance and acute wit.
The owl has long been associated with the spiritual and the magical.
In Celtic symbolism, the owl is noted for wisdom, keen sight, and patience. It is a guide in the underworld and an effective hunter.
The owl can help to reveal those who would take advantage of another or deceive others. They are generally solitary and nocturnal.
There are about 200 species of owls…

Blue symbolism provides a fascinating look at one of the most prevalent and beloved colors around the world.
Blue symbolism affects many areas of life, including clothing choices, language and cliches, interior design, art, religion and health.
Although blue is even more popular in the western world than is other areas of the world, blue skies and blue water are full of positive meaning in every culture.
We are, after all, living on the “blue planet.”
Blue is the color of loyalty and faith. Blue is power.
Blue is also the color of protection.
Get inspired by Lise’s craft, she made a stunning cube shaped and heart shaped box as well:
It is an adorable gift itself, but could even be filled it with

In the 1940′s Pietro Ferrero had a dream. The gifted Italian confectioner wanted to bring fine chocolates to the world.
First, though, he needed to change the way his countrymen bought chocolates. In 1946, Pietro began to do just that.
At the time, confections, cake and pastries were reserved only for special occasions, and even then Italian consumers chose products from small manufacturers and local pastry shops.
Pietro’s vision went far beyond these confines. He wanted to create original premium candies and make them widely available at affordable prices.
He succeeded. In just a few years Ferrero Rocher became the favourite chocolate treat for millions of people. Today it’s the world leader in its category.
After you have finished those delicious spherical chocolate sweets, do not throw their containing box away. You could make a pretty gift box out of it, just like Norwegian Gro Nilsen did:
Best homemade birthday gift idea, unique DIY Christmas present. It could be also one of the nicest sentimental anniversary gifts for men and women. Just make it pretty.

Don’t we all love flowers?
Flowers and plants are therapeutic, that’s a fact.
It has been said that flowers are the sweetest things God ever made, but forgot to put a soul into. They not only look pretty but smell delicious, too.
We see flowers as being pretty for the same reason we love the stars, a sunset/sunrise, mountains, the tropical ocean, and all other forms of natural beauty. It’s coincidence. It’s still beautiful though.
