Scrapbooking has been around since Victorian times, but has recently become more popular than ever (it is reportedly the fastest growing hobby in the US) and has evolved into as many different forms as there are personality types.
Some people attribute the increased interest in it to a renewed passion for genealogy, while others say that it is an outlet for those interested in photography and graphic design.
The scrapbook contains handwritten poems, notes left by friends and relatives, and decoupage ephemera like locks of hair, decorative paper clippings, ribbons…
